The Connect is a flexible and affordable shared office space designed for people from all different industries to work collaboratively or independently. With all the amenities included, businesses have everything they need to work efficiently and maximize productivity. We offer monthly memberships, virtual offices, hybrid workspaces, private offices, co-warehousing, conferences rooms, and more!
The Connect is managed by Souder Properties which also offers affordable commercial work spaces in the greater Charlotte area. Our properties offer a variety of commercial spaces ready to fit your business' needs.

What to Expect
All of our memberships include a monthly printing credit for B&W or color printed. Printing is easy and secure.
High Speed Wi-fi
You can only work as fast as your Wi-Fi does, which is why ours is guaranteed to be reliable and secure.
Our community managers are on staff to receive parcels, greet your clients, and phone answering services will be coming very soon.
Our space has 2 conference rooms for up to 8 people. Credit hours for these spaces are included in membership packages or are rentable by the hour.
We have snacks and coffee always on deck to keep you going. Meals are also provided at various times throughout the week at our events.
Private Phone Booths
Take a call with full privacy in one of our two phone booths. These booths are first come, first serve and are equipped with a desk, chair, power outlet, and glass door with privacy lock.
Our space has one multi-purpose room suitable for up to 35 people. Credit hours for this space is included in some membership packages or rentable by the hour. Catering can also be provided.
Every week, The Connect hosts a variety of events ranging from professional development seminars and networking opportunities to health and wellness centered events.
We have 9 private offices available for rent ranging from 100 sqft. - 275 sqft. Our private offices are furnished and include coworking membership, mailbox, and flexible leasing terms from 3 months to 12+ months.
Our members pay a monthly fee and have access to the space according to their membership.
